March 30th lifting and diets

Good morning everyone.Hopefully everyones day is going smoothly.I am still reveling about my lack of thoughtless planning yesterday with my carbs.But I was enlightened by @Poppy and @JLee .So now the next few days I’m gonna keep my carbs as low as I can,and then set the goal of how many I want per day based off the next few days.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk.1 can a tuna with hot sauce, 🍌,1 chobani,water.Not sure about lifting today.

Can’t go wrong with a banana.

You keep yourself active and don’t have any blood sugar problems so maybe levitate to leaner carbs. You can probably get away with higher than me I’m sure.

I don’t know… just tweak it like you’re doing. You’ll figure it out.
 
Wife gave me some funky cold. Not covid. So I’ve been sleeping most of the last couple days. Was only able to eat ice, soup and bone broth yesterday.

Haven’t lifted in almost 3 weeks. I’m gonna be sitting at 230 before all of this is over.

Going to drink some egg whites this morning and see if I can keep them down.
 
That sucks. Hope you feel better. I hit the gym yesterday for first time in a few months. Between Joe and working off shifts just wasn’t in the cards I too am down in weight. Felt damn good to be back in there. Again get well soon brother. Your muscles are mature so you will bounce back quickly.
 
Legs today. Been eating more carbs before leg days and it seems to be working really well. Had 3 waffles and an orange. Half cup of whites. Protein shake with strawberry and banana. Just had 8oz, 93% ground sirloin burger on a bun. Probably grilled chicken and spinach for dinner.
