Good morning everyone.Hopefully everyones day is going smoothly.I am still reveling about my lack of thoughtless planning yesterday with my carbs.But I was enlightened by @Poppy and @JLee .So now the next few days I’m gonna keep my carbs as low as I can,and then set the goal of how many I want per day based off the next few days.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk.1 can a tuna with hot sauce, ,1 chobani,water.Not sure about lifting today.
