I did legs at home with my shiny new dumbbells.
Omg that was awesome!
2 sets dumbbell lunges
4 sets dumbbell squats
4 sets dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts
4 sets dumbbell calf raises
They look like mirrors. I just polished each piece individually after my workout. It’s funny how excited I am to have new equipment for home use. I’m like a little kid on Christmas. 😀
