Hi all.Went to gym early this am and did tris,pull downs,skull crushers,diamond pushups,3, 4 min intervals.No work,but starting a job with dude I use to work for tomorrow,big deck,wheel chair ramps at each end,deck goes in a big L shaped from back of house to side,Lotta posts to dig,but renting machine with a auger.
breakfast= 6 egg whites HB,little bit a salt n cayenne pepper on em,4 turkey sausage,strawberries,2 pieces a toast plain, had a protein shake right after gym.
Lunch=half can chic peas,4 HB egg whites,1 turkey n swiss,lettuce,tomato,fancy bread lightly toasted,cranberry juice.
1st dinner= charcoal grilled flank steak,onion powder,white n black pepper,little tiny bit of salt,a salad with,spinach,lettuce,tomato,carrots, bell pepper,parsley,zesty Italian dressing.
2nd dinner=other half can of chic peas,cinnamon raisin bagel,lightly toasted with creamcheese.
Hope everyone has a smooth n productive day.
 
Was able to get a decent leg workout in. I was pressed for time so basically cut my rest time in half and finished with a drop set at the end of each exercise. In and out in about 40 minutes. Food intake is still the same pasta and meatballs crap. Chicken and rice. Shake. Need to start cutting calories soon and adjusting work outs to accommodate a little cardio.
