March 31st edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 eggs HB no yolk.1 chobani.strawberries n grapes.1 English muffin plain.water n coffee.Traps and forearms later.Fish for lunch.Chicken for dinner.
 
Four eggs, cup of rice, coffee and juice for breakfast. Protein drink mid-morning. Smoked salmon and bagel for lunch. Chicken breast for PWO along with go-go juice. Protein drink post-workout, then steak and broccoli for dinner.

Workout is nothing but abs and cardio. Ugh.
 
This is the correct way to view it. Don’t get upset at anybody else your choose to abstain from foods they aren’t making you. Just like I find if I’m bout to start to feel a little anger building from the tren I just tell myself if I lose it then the dose is too high so just calm down and let it any feelings pass cause there’s no dose too high haha
