MARCH 4TH INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND AND TRAINING.

Hello all. I'm behind today.Breakfast was sesame seed bagel,lightly toasted,homemade strawberry cream cheese,4 turkey sausage,peach chobani,bananna,water.Did tris,diamond push ups,skull crushers,pull downs with bands.lunch was garlic chicken with risotto and a salad.Not quite sure about dinner,but I'm getting my daughter from school,then we're gonna go to batting cages,she plays softball,so it's time for "spring training".. I absolutely love doing these with her,I use to actually coach some of her softball teams,loved it.After the cages,we will go eat dinner wherever she chooses,I'm grateful for every single second I get to spend with her.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training either. The only thing Ive had so far is egg whites and an English muffin with peanut butter. Girlfriend invited my over for dinner and is making chicken and rice. Hopefully she made a lot because I'm starving.

If A woman ever invited me over for chicken and rice and it’s not smothered in something I’d probably be pissed. Like you made me what I everyday I’m angry thinking about it

It was no chori pollo but she did make a cheese sauce that wasn't bad. It had peppers too but I totally understand.... I would have cried if hadn't 😂
