Good morning all.got up pinned @GearChurch pwo,50mg tne 50mg dbol then ate,4 turkey sausage peach chobani sesame bagel bananna coffee n water. Gonna tire flip at the gym,5 minutes x 4 sets,and go inside and do back.lunch will be SOS on toasted wheat bread 4 pieces,baked potato,salad.Not sure about 1st dinner,maybe ahi steaks,basmati and a salad. 2nd dinner will be cereal most likely.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Hoping to train later. I didn't eat as much as I wanted at my girlfriend house last night because I didn't want to be a pig and paid dearly this morning. Fucking starving. Full stack of Texas style French toast with caramelized apples. 4 eggs, bacon and corned beef hash. Had to be wheelbarrowed out to my car lol. Skipped lunch and debating on a light dinner now
