Good morning crew. Going to train some light chest with cardio. Then it will be a protein shake and banana. I have some ground sirloin left. Not sure if I will make a burger out of it or scramble it with some rice.
I strained my left hamstring during my fasted walk yesterday which has me limping. I feel it in my left side lower back and I’m hoping it’s not my sciatica coming back because it’s going down my left leg outside area like when it was bad. Hopefully it’s just a muscle strain.
I woke up and took HGH then went back to sleep for a couple hours. Had a protein at 10am. That’s it so far. Today is a rest day but I really want to try walking which I know would be stupid .
