Someone explain the difference in this guys charges and Vindman. While the democrats protected Vindman from charges, the republicans left this guy out to dry. But this guy is independent and against both parties anyway lol.

Both wanted to retire, Vindmans was accepted. Scheller was denied and arrested. Then forced to give a statement against Trump supporters before he was to be released.
