Breakfast ctc now fast food for pwo I did dead’s and back. Chciken and rice shoudl be off work early to have chciken and pasta the. Back in at 7 for training at work tomorrow
 
Biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Something seemed salty. Chocolate milk and honeybuns for snack. Lunch was Rigatoni pasta with ground bison smothered in shredded parmasean for lunch. Pulled pork barbecue sandwich for my second snack. Not sure about dinner. Pretty hungry today. So I’ll have two mass gainer shakes instead of one whey and one mass gainer. Supposed to be lower strength this evening but I’m not feeling it. Kids got covered in poison and had to take to two of them to the doctors last night because they was swelling up pretty good. Didn’t get back home until around 1 or so.
