Hi all.went to gym this morning before work,did arms and a light chest workout.i used a mix of dbol and tne as pwo 50mg each,@GearChurch is the brand...I still haven't started a cycle,as some of you know,I haven't been on cycle in awhile,anyfuckin ways,breakfast was a turkey sausage patty,on a round roll,2 eggs American cheese and a shit load of pepper from a deli,I also had,drinkable peach chobani,4 HB egg white banana and water.lunch will be 2 turkey n swiss on fancy bread,lettuce,tomato,banana peppers,half can of chic peas,strawberries,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner cause who knows what time I will be home from the job.home depot fucked up the windows sizes and amount of windows 2fuckintimes.

I’m bout to go do a heavy push day my new wrist wraps came in last Friday and after feeling them I probably should have replaced old ones way before i did. Lots of chicken little bit of rice and maybe some fiber thrown in there.
