May 25 installment of diets and training

Morning all.Did legs this morning.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs with hot sauce,grapes,chobani,coffee and water.Hope everyones day goes accordingly,and if you haven’t already tell your wife and/or kids you love them,don’t take them for granted,don’t treat them like shit like I’ve been doing.
 
Same old diet today.
2 extra lean ground turkey breast with basmati rice meals, and 4 protein/oat shakes, fish oil, MCT oil, vit/min/fruit & veggies pills.
Today is a cardio only day. Going to do a 45 minute walk in the hills. I’ve been doing EOD weight lifting and EOD cardio.
My cat keeps meowing. He’s ready for his workout.

Breakfast was waffle, eggs & coffee. Lunch mash, chicken & broccoli… Dinner ??

Yes thank you. Actually able to take my gear and go workout now. As of Monday. Still have a dry cough. But other than that I’m doing good. Thanks for asking.
 
So feel like I didn’t sleep at all today eggs an f bacon seem
To just it stomach when I try and sleep so maybe just do liquid cals in morning pre bed
