May 26th diets and training

Morning all.Breakfast was,1 pancake,4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 shake,1 joint, strawberries,cranberry juice,water.Not Workin with my dad today,bringin goats and pigs to the market from the farm I work on,I haven’t helped her bring the animals to sell,it should be interesting.Gonna do traps n forearms later.
3 things I am grateful for,a roof over my head,the great outdoors,and my family.I try to tell myself,and thank God every morning that everyday is another shot to do the right thing,to better myself.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

I really needed to hear this today. Thank you @John for bringing this to light. You are spot on. Breakfast for me is eggs lean meat clean carbs and fruit. Legs later today although my lower back is tight today so will see how it goes. Although the warmups I have to do should loosen things up.

Wife and I were talking last night. Time is flying by. The older we get the faster it goes. Every minute, day, week, month, year is gone never to get back. We’re trying not to waste any of it…

I guess time is like cash…when you have a lot of it there’s no worries about it running out…then you start getting on the backside and realize it’s getting low but can’t do anything about everything you pissed away prior.
 
Came into work they already had help the person I was coming i for to see is off and I cut my right pointer finger on inside of knuckle so that’s gray for dead’s tomorrow
