May 4th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all I worked half day,went to an seen my Psychologist,then went to YMCA for a hour Did tris,tire flip,and a lite lats workout.Future ex-wife is bringing my daughter to see me,we will be going out to eat,I usually pay for the meal my way of being appreciative towards my future ex.i added something that’s new to my routine but, but I’ve done a lot of it in the pass which is reading.I started a book series called Jack Reacher.The goal is this will help me stay in the moment,and force me to slow down and step back from whatever situation I’m facing.Today I am grateful that I get to see my daughter.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

No training. Had 2 eggs and some whites with a bagel. Protein shake and a banana. Half cup of almonds. Shepherds pie for dinner. Trying to keep protein up. Having the bulk of my carbs for breakfast and then a little before bed.
 
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Snack was chocolate milk and honey bun. I fixed four grilled hot ham and cheese for lunch. Cookies and Creme mass gainer shake with tablespoon of peanut butter and whole banana. Barbecue chicken, corn, greens, mashed potatoes, and rolls for dinner. I’ll have another mass gainer shake minus the peanut butter and banana or I’ll have another chocolate milk after. Back and shoulders hypertrophy this evening.
 
Breakfast @ 6 am was 6 scrambled eggs and metrxbars plus everything i could eat. Met w my psyc yesterday @John great minds think alike…or dont. Been reading too whatever i can but reacher is good at least the movies and tv ones
