May 6th training and diets

Morning gentlemen. Breakfast is 4 fried eggs, 2 BLT’s with one fried egg added to each sandwich for my 6 eggs and a Mountain Dew. Second Breakfast is my Cookies and Cream mass gainer shake with a giant scoop of peanut butter and a whole banana. Today’s training is legs. Squats, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, calve raises, and deadlifts to finish.
 
One of my worst habits you could say I guess. I use to only drink Sprite, water, milk, coffee, juices, or sweet tea. I don’t know where the Dew habit even came from.
 
Oats protein…waffle house ham n cheese omelette. Just got done at dr’s. Will post labs in a bit.

Not sure on training yet. Been running around all morning.
 
I can drink them hot or cold. On the plus side. I make sure to drink a couple bottles of water for every Dew I drink.
 
It could be worse,you could be making meth like the other hillbillies that live in the mountain,missing teeth,fucking their sisters.
 
That’s a full blown pandemic around here. I’ve heard they’ve been making it with Raid lately and it has people super twacked out.
 
Which part is the pandemic,the sister fucking or the missing teeth?
 
I’m sure. I don’t even know where the closest fish market by me,at least 30mins.Anything fresh is from myself or my brother in law.
