Morning gentlemen. Breakfast is 4 fried eggs, 2 BLT’s with one fried egg added to each sandwich for my 6 eggs and a Mountain Dew. Second Breakfast is my Cookies and Cream mass gainer shake with a giant scoop of peanut butter and a whole banana. Today’s training is legs. Squats, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, calve raises, and deadlifts to finish.
