Got under bar for squats for first time in months… front squat worked up to 265…3rd rep felt back tweak just a tad. Shut it down. Moved to single leg stuff. Still had a good session.
 
I have it everyday sometimes 2x during prep
 
The meth. I don’t hear much about the inbreeding anymore and I think false teeth have gotten cheaper or something. The drugs seriously is meth and heroin. It’s everywhere.
 
It’s crazy. It’s coming from everywhere. Plus labs. They’re even making counterfeit stuff with presses. I’ve got to see it all having family and friends that have been consumed by it. I’ve seen a lot die from it. Every age group. It’s wild.
 
Miserable day fuckin cant sleep cant eat go back to the neuro wed. Wifes cookin a good meal not sure what. Still hitting macros but w no sleep i find it hard to lift. Id quit but the headaches would come back. Just a fuckit day all around ill be back on top. Doin arms
 
Andrew huberman has a pretty good podcast on sleep hygiene. I’m sure you’ve tried it all by now but may be worth a listen too see if he has anything you haven’t tried.

He goes into the importance of sunlight as soon as you wake up, and the importance of low light as the day ends etc. might be worth a listen. Your sleep struggle sounds goddamn awful.
