Morning all.I did a quick leg workout already.Gotta prep the house cause whole family’s coming for mother’s day.Breakfast was 2 bowls raisin bran,protein shake,banana,coffee and a water.Hope everyone has a good weekend.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen! I’m about to have my first protein/oat shake of the day. Today will be 4 syntha-6 EDGE protein/oat shakes, and 2 meals of 2 cups basmati rice with a beef bullion cube added to the rice cooker to cover two meals worth of rice, and 1/2Lb 99/1 extra lean ground turkey breast made into a patty and spiced with garlic and onion powder. I never add salt due to life long blood pressure issues which I finally have under control thanks to 7 months on this diet. Blood pressure was 121/77 yesterday. I’m so pleased I did this using diet ans exercise alone. Seven months ago my blood pressure was 175/125. I’ve used many blood pressure meds over the years and none worked well while giving me plenty of negative side effects in the form of muscle tears, lots of muscle tears. AVOID Clonidine HCL like the plaque. It’s non stop muscle tears in a tablet.
Today I’m doing all giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts/traps.
So far today I’ve had 50mg tbol, 10mg Cialis, 2ius HGH, 50mg masteron enanthate, 30mg NPP, 50mg testosterone propionate, and my nootropic drugs. Time for my first protein/oat shake.

Had good chest/lat session but died on the stepmill doing 30 min of intervals.
Had enough energy to pose for 10 min the. I was gassed.
Back at work tonight having halibut and the leftover crunchy slaw
Breakfast was 6 fried eggs, 4 pieces of toast, 4 slices of fried bologna, Mountain Dew, and mass gainer shake. Lunch was a whole rotisserie chicken, stuffing, and green beans. Today is a rest day. Heading to my granny’s today with all my kids.
Ate off plan last night n most of today went and stayed w a lady friend overnight in a bnb fridge was small so I couldn’t eat my meals today I packed worked all day taking a rest day tonight and tmm I will be too have Mother’s Day in the restaurant will be crazy all day and the gym closes earlier then we go
No training. Had 1/2 cup oats w/ chocolate protein powder and a tbsp of PB. Had some egg whites and an orange after then 8 oz of chicken with 200g of sweet potato followed up with 5oz of shrimp and 150g of basmati rice.
