Hi all. No work it's pouring out.woke up at 0600,ate strawberries n had a Animal vanilla protein shake,then went and did chest,and tire flipped for 3, 5 minute intervals.
Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces of fancy toast,4 turkey sausage,bananna,water.
Lunch will be 12 oz flank steak,2 cups basmati rice and a salad.
1st dinner will be 4 dz little necks,a small whole baked chic,and a salad,cranberry juice.2nd dinner will be peach chobani,5 HB egg whites,1 plain bagel with a little strawberry cream cheese.Its been a long week,and I'm working Saturday and sunday,helping a guy clear his land out to make his yard bigger,however I'm using a brush hog,so it will be fun.plus we get to play with our trucks to rip out stumps and such,making a little money,but he's mostly paying me in beer and bbq.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
….. … …….. work is work, food is food, haven’t trained since Tuesday, on edge every day… ready to go to bed, gotta be up at 3 am to work at 4 tomorrow cooking food for fuckers coming through our health fair…
