Member of the Month is back on UGM

We’re bringing back Member of the Month on UGM. This will be an automated action to reward active members on here. Each month we will run a check on the most active member for the month. Its compiled from post activity, number of posts read, liked, replied to, posted etc. Any member is capable of winning it and its not a beauty pageant or popularity contest. Different prizes will be awarded each month. For those lurking now is the time to get involved more!

We have so many I see on here but not as active as we’d like to see them. Reading alot but just not commenting or posting as much. So this will reward that. If enough activity then will reward the top 2-3 on there.

I like the member of the month for sure but I would rather see it go to the most productive not the most replies it seems to get watered down with stuff being active is definitely a plus and this is helpful getting people active. I just hate to see someone do like a very detailed daily log get beat out by someone spamming posts. By no means am I trying to tell you what to do boss. Just my two cents And you know what they say assholes are like opinions everyone has them and most of them stink

If we can get enough activity then we can do both ways. The problem with productive only is it can lead to popularity contest only or they log in once a day and only stick to their thread and no others.

Great idea, I check in but usually only new posts and some I have nothing to add. Im gonna have to do that training/comeback log … but shit Its the same circa 1990 training except Im gonnatry a ton of different training on my legs , so one no more injuries and They were so tiny I have a chance to bring them back a bit different this time.

Previous members of the month were just off new topic posts. Which meant logs etc didn’t come into play. I think overall activity is a better alternative to keep people from just stacking new topics. And the fact it’s automated is nice, no room for confusion.
