Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Enjoy the time you have with your families and if you head out anywhere, be safe!
Since I go to a 24 hour gym so it doesn’t mess with my routine much. Cant interfere with Christmas Cardio planned out. Planning out my diet and some “smaller” cycles for the next year. Need to grab a few items from Naps, stay on OneQ hopefully year around, while doing John Meadows Creeping Death 2 for the first part, then modifying it a bit for another round (to implement strongman training) then back to CD2 after. After some back to back injuries I feel finally I can go all out again.
Going to add in some carbs (basic rice, sweet potatoes and homemade bread) with meals since as @Poppy states, Im trying to be like the young guys and build some muscle, but seriously just wanting to get my calories up again. Only doing intermittent fasting 20-4 so I eat in a 4 hour window only.
