I promised myself and my trainer/friend if we won anything from the get shredded contest it was gonn go to a rogue belt squat. And if anything left over send wife to Philippines one way ticket !!! JK JK. Well I only got $1,000 so the rogue it is. I can’t do two plates anymore on a regular squat without jacking up my hip/back but with the belt squat I tested when I was in Michigan I could do 8 plates no problem and depending on ho close I stand I can do hams or quads. It’s awesome

My trainer/ friend has a pole shed we converted into a gym. So it will be there. Every Saturday is gonna be leg day once we get it. And we use wood for heat in the winter. Can get cozy but the dam bbs stay cold for a while so have to use gloves
