Monday October 18th edition of diets and training

1/2 cup of oatmeal
Three eggs + 100 grams of egg whites
6 oz chicken breast
Protein shake

Breakfast was a bit late today.

Gonna sear that bird and cook it in a mushroom and wine sauce. Pheasant around here is rare nowadays. Not like when I was a kid you’d kick up 80 at a time
