Comp squats hitting prs. Even with feeling like shit. So drugs work. Which is what my friends therapist told him about his habits. He likes drugs cause they work and we can notice it instantly so it gives incentives to continue

Same old food today.

Had a push day today. Just wasn’t feeling it. Still got into the gym and threw some weights around, but just couldn’t get my mind locked in. Weird as I had nothing bothering me today, had a good work day. Just felt off. Oh well, always tomorrow
 
Under stand that I better have a great upper day tomorrow as I will have plenty of sleep with the day off fucking want Ed that double pay.
 
I’ve been having lots of days like that but power through not letting anything stop the training. If if get covid again the olds at the gym will have to die for me to get my prs hahah. Seriously I feel so much better after getting sleep through is better as well
 
Having a fulsome breakfast this morning before hitting legs: waffles with chocolate chips, three scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, orange juice and coffee.

Did chest yesterday after an ENTIRE week off. Aching like a mother this morning. Whew! Amazing how quickly one’s tolerance for a hard workout decreases during a layoff! Upside is I got pumped as Hell! Kinda fun to get that sort of pump again!
 
Can’t wait for my week off before meet I can those well it’s the deload I struggle with will use that to just focus on form
 
I got these injectable aminos and the pump is like no other!!! If your well hydrated and pin those aminos hour before workout you can actually feel your muscles getting harder as you progress through the workout
