Having a fulsome breakfast this morning before hitting legs: waffles with chocolate chips, three scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, orange juice and coffee.
Did chest yesterday after an ENTIRE week off. Aching like a mother this morning. Whew! Amazing how quickly one’s tolerance for a hard workout decreases during a layoff! Upside is I got pumped as Hell! Kinda fun to get that sort of pump again!
