For all my bodybuilding followers, I know it’s early but whatcha thinking about predictions. Derek Lunsford is my top pick to win it, he’s incredible and never ceases to amaze me.

Derek samson or andrew jacked I think Derek getting full off-season in open will help him. But I also see them goiing to the taller more aesthetic physiques. Derek even though he is shorter guys still has great flow to his. Body. Nick walker unfortunately just will probably never look pretty enough to win it in my mind

With Samson winning the Arnold, I think he has the momentum into the Olympia. And his off season progress pics are scary. He is a beast. His only weakness is his back which both Derek and Hadi have. It will be a good one. I am still pulling for my boy Walker though. He brings it every time and is the most consistent along with Hadi.

Classic Physique! CBUM!! My type of frame, seeing as how I’m 6’2” and it took me a bunch of years to stack on to get to 230lbs.

For what it’s worth, Derek trains at same gym as me and is a hell of a nice guy. He’s a beast for sure! Nick used to, but moved to Vegas right after the last Olympia.
