Murky Vials After Long Transit Time

My re-up of Test arrived today from Platinum after being routed through the USPS system since last Wednesday. The oil looks somewhat frozen and murky. Would this be caused by being in lower temps for a prolonged period? Will this naturally settle if I shake and let it sit? The vial on the right looks how I would expect. I’ve been a long time customer of Platinum/Flash and have always found their gear to be top notch.

Could be. There’s no crystals in it right? Let it warm up and let us know if it clears up.

Open a support ticket for Platinum on the website and tell him what happened. He will replace them.
They are all fine though. Heat them up in hot water and they should stay in solution.

The label is in the way of the other two. Hard to tell but No I’ve never seen that. I’ve been using platinum a long time also and never had an issue.

It’s sludge from mct oil getting too cold at some point. No crystals means it isn’t crashed. Heating it will bring it back into solution long term again.

Platinum got back to me and is going to replace them. Likely from the weather and long time stuck in the mail but I appreciate his quick action

That indeed is crashed. That’s from not having enough BB . What he got is gelled up. MCT oil will start to gel up at around 45 degrees and freeze completely at 32 degrees. When I was Flash Labs I was using a hybrid that had palm kernel oil in it. That kept it from gelling up over the winter months . When I came back as Platinum it was in the summer . So the weather never affected any of the products. Fellas I cant find a high quality hybrid oil . So now I’m using a pharm grade MCT oil ( ultra filtered ) . It’s actually the best you can find . I wanted to come here and post so you guys know what’s going on. So remember crystals at the bottom and top of a vial crashed because lack of BB. Gelled up the oil is in the process of freezing because it’s a MCT oil. I have replaced the vials. But the truth is warming them up and keeping them at room temperature and there stable and ready to use . When I lived in a colder state . And hadn’t heard of a hybrid MCT oil. In the winter months the MCT oil has to be on a heating pad to be ready for brewing. Summer is right around the corner. So this won’t be an issue. If there’s ever any issues please make a support ticket on the website. I don’t check the email often . I respond on the website very fast and will solve any issue professionally and politely. I took care of him . The product he got wasn’t "crashed " per say . It was gelling up because it’s pure MCT oil not the hybrid. It’s all good. With that being said JJ and I are trying to find a high quality hybrid oil. Has to be top notch . Because the oil I use now is thin like water and has zero pip . You get what you pay for. I have to buy the best raws and carrier oil to make a quality consistent product. Hopefully these few posts shine some light on MCT oil. I hope you guys have a great Sunday and a Happy Easter

I know TG already closed this out. But I just want to say Id hate for you to change it up because the shit is so damn smooth. My sensitive pin locations are no longer sensitive. I have acquired more pin locations on my body because of the ZERO pip . I had no problems heating mine up I knew what the deal was… But man I’d rather heat mine up in the winter time with no pip than have some guaranteed gear in its oil state with pip… I fuckin love the MCT oil your currently using… Talking about it just makes me want to pin right now dammit… Your
