I’ve been counting 1, 1000 at the end of the motion to get a good squeeze then bring it back down with a nice negative… It’ll make a 25 lb weight feel like 50 for sure. And I agree with these guys I don’t be getting sore all the time but my ass sure be growing… Muscly speaking of course…💪💪💪💪

Hahahahaha. You old mother fucker. Ya soft tissue goes first can’t keep up with the muscle especially enhanced muscle. You know this of course just gotta give you some shit bro!!!

That and the fat rapidly accumulating on your lower back that no amount of DLs or dieting can make disappear. LOL.

There definitely are days when I get down about the limitations imposed on my by my older body. I look back on myself in my 20s and think “Why in the fuck aren’t you spending more time in the gym?! You could be a monster!” The wisdom of age, I suppose. But damn, there are days I’d do anything to feel like I did when I was 25, at least physically.

Me too. Age 27 was a good one for me. Looked my best! Felt my best! Had no idea old people felt this way all the time. I’m sure most don’t though. Heavy lifting wears the body down over time.

You shoulders are used so much daily they can amhandle a lot of work
