Hello everybody I figured after lurking for a very long time I’d finally make my intro. I’ve been training 9 years with 4 being enhanced. Height 5’10 bodyweight 215. I love reading the topics on this forum and I’ve learned alot from all the experience on this forum. I’m glad I came across it
