Yup,there two weeks of shotgun in January,along with muzzle-loader days,and bow is open from January 1-31st. We have a exceptionally long season,mid September-January 31st bow stays open.

You. January hunting is nice cause they all group up in their winter patterns. At least here they do. No surprise looking into the field and seeing 40 plus deer all together
