Day two of refeed. Reta is great except on these refeeds. It makes it hard to get the food down. Ended up just using carb powder yesterday because I wanted to go to bed. Worked with a great posing coach yesterday and made a ton of improvements. Excited to see what more work brings. No extra shifts this week and im so pumped about it haha I think we will be adding slupp and mots soon which will hopefully take things to the next level.

Im already fucking starving and we’re not even that deep lolol im in trouble. Im dropping the EQ and upping the Primo. Will let the EQ clear out for a couple weeks and then crank up primo and probably add mast. Will double check with coach before any major changes. Also thinking about trying 10 iu a day again but i will be too sad if i outgrow another jordan collection LOL
