The first day off work is always rough. I have a very limited eating window because I'm switching back to a “normal schedule.” I will usually try to wake up around 1-2, eat, go train, drink a shake after, go to the grocery store, cook, eat, eat, eat, and then try to be in bed around midnight and up around 8 am the next day.

I definitely did not sleep well this weekend, and I could feel it in training today. However, showing up is half the battle. Everything felt heavy, everything felt slow, and everything felt difficult, BUT that doesn't mean you don't do it anyway.

The normal gym was closed today, so I had to get creative in the apartment complex gym. Merry christmas, happy holidays, etc etc. whatever you claim, I hope it's great.

We had cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, and bacon for christmas breakfast.Tonight is ribeyes and Baked potatoes. Might get crazy and have a glass of wine. Watch Out! Lol

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Ours was low-key as it gets and it makes it so much harder to go back to work tonight, but here we are- going anyway.

Slept in a little extra today, which felt good. My sleep the last three nights has been outstanding.

Finishing cooking/Meal prepping for my work week (fri-sun) and then it will be time to take a nap and then go to work.

Work was pretty chill last night, and I actually slept pretty well today. I was able to eat all my meals no problem. Appetite has been good even on 1 mg of reta. Plan is to keep food low a couple more weeks then we will see what coach says.
