They are all verified here, so in a sense yes their safe, and this forum looks out for members not sponsors, but this is all a risk, you have to understand.

Understood. That’s why it has taken me already over six months to pull the trigger on T. I am a pain in the ass when it comes to any big decisions. When it comes time for a new truck I’ll look around for half a year before I feel good about my decision. This is even a bigger decision then a truck in my head. This site has made me feel much safer about the risk because I feel like am getting good info

Jax wasn’t a bad guy he wasn’t even trying to scam to be honest but I had no idea that there was a src not a sponsor at the forum participating which is where the problem really is but anyways I still have no proof of who it really was because we never had a verification process so it could have been anyone in the world claiming to be someone else. The internet is a crazy place.
At ugmuscle though were able to atleast make sure through verification that its not just someone brewing in a dishwasher or something even worse.

Anyways done with workout tonight. Squats 5x5 lunges 2x20 goblet squats 2x15 deadlifts 5x5 and curls 5x10.

Wife is Filipina so am spoiled with dinner always. Chicken and coconut milk with spinach and broccoli SPICY. She is great. She can cook a dog turd and make it taste good
