Besides the badass new style and appearance the site has now, you guys will see a few more things coming.
First is easy formating
where you can easily write and format witth just about Anything
.
colors are either in #000 form or just delete the # and type a color in. You can enlarge or do just about all the usual stuff.
It may seem not needed but we are also going to have published pages for content that can link better. Example I did on this one here.

It leaves more room as things get better. We have gifs as well on site
You can search and add those in as replies.
Also coming soon will be a chat feature that some of you will see. Everyone in Support group will see a chat button at the top of the site for their category. @Rusty I tagged you in there. Hopefully the chat feature will fully roll out in January.
In mobile you see it will look more like an actual app now. I spent a lot of time cleaning up the design and getting it better. Still not 100% done but google chrome and safari are opening a lot more to web apps so will make the experience better.
