Hey guys, I stumbled across the forums a couple of days ago while researching up on gear. I’m natty, 5’8, I hover around 180-185 ruffly 15% bf, currently on a bulk. Been training on and off for 10 years, currently 26 years old. I find my self sticking to a PPL lifting program. Might take the plunge soon since I got my hands on some Sus250 but I wanna learn more. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around im Banned if you ever need anything just tag me in @Bigmurph and that sends a notification. If you’re looking to get enhanced I look forward to hearing about your plan in the forums and im happy to help

Thanks boss. I’m thinking that getting blood work done before I start is the best thing to do so I have a genuine idea of where I’m at naturally. I’ve noticed my recovery over the past year has slowed significantly and it’s really made me want to get on.

Welcome sir. Getting a full blood panel done now is an excellent start.

Welcome! Can’t think of a better place to start this journey. Haha I think everyone hear wishes that had been here from the start of their journey.

Bloodwork is an excellent start! Let me know if there’s anything I can help with. Use the magnifying glass and look around!

There are some extremely knowledgeable and helpful folks on here. I’m not one of them. I’m helpful on the easy stuff.

Hush that. We all have our skill sets here! As long as you’re learning you have something to offer here.

Hahaha I’m the smelly old man guy! @Gino I will tell you that there are many of us that wished this site was here when we were your age. Please read and heed. What you are contemplating can go south quickly and the more harm reduction (@Bigmurph you outta patent that phrase) you practice now will lead to a long healthy life of pure studdly maniless.

I’m going to try and find a clinic that can get my blood test locally then. I have sus250 on hand and planned to pin 1/2 cc, 2x a week. Would that be beneficial at all? Would I even feel or notice it?

One more thing and I will shut up…please put that sus on a shelf for a bit until you read thru this sight and ask a lot of questions. I promise this is not like (fill in blank) site where you will be berated and bullied.

Will do. Trust me in in no rush to start, honestly I may not even get on. Over the last couple years I’ve really learned to manipulate my diet and training enough to be content with the slow progress of being natural. I’ll definitely spend some time on here figuring it all out tho, I appreciate how genuine you all are about helping.

I would agree. Read read read, and read some more before starting this game. Start at trt clinic if you can. If you’re low they can get everything officially documented and it will be better in the long run.

Sust can be tricky, I’d put it on the shelf for now. Start with test E/C only. But let’s get some lab work first.

I’ll just give the bottle to my old man then and try and get some test E for when the time comes. That’s of course if I can’t get prescribed from a trt clinic. Only issue I see is that I’m active duty, dunno if that raises some flags.

I just want to be a representative of Harm Reduction in the entire community not just ugmuscle.
I wish I could start a group of some kind and expand on the work we already do hear I wish I could open a lab and do testing purposes for Harm Reduction but its illegal to do so which I think is silly because people are going to use if they want to that’s just one reason the war on drugs failed. I wish they would start to look at trying to help people be safer rather than arresting people which keeps them quiet and not talking so no Harm Reduction information is shared.

This attitude is what sets UGM above the rest. If I could tell everyone to be here and implement basic principles of harm reduction for themselves and gear I really would.

As a nurse, it represents the most real world application of risk management. People are going to do what they want. Let’s get them to do it safely.

Well I’ve been lurking many forums for decades and this is the first one I’ve, personally, come across that preaches harm reduction AND the moderators and members aren’t a bunch of self righteous aholes. Keep up the good fight brother. You and your team are great.

Gino. You don’t just need test. There are some ancillary things you could need for all sorts of nasties and your future plans. @NeuroRN is guiding you already. You’re young brother and have a lotta living in front of you.

Just start off right.
