Since Wednesday last week, hurt my shoulder worse on Thursday last week, seen Dr on Friday, starting pt on Tuesday.
Friday last week did the 250 tire for reps, a lot of reps, and man it’s light but did my back seize up the next few days, wasn’t used to that volume! And it was great cardio, did about a city block on runs.
Monday, did squats, 405 for sets of 5-7 reps, sleeves came in and is that a game changer, so nice to not feel like my knees are going to buckle.
Tuesday, did stones for 10 reps with the 130 and no lap to really work my core and not stress the shoulder.
Wednesday did 120 pound cylinders for runs of a city block.
220 cans still put too much stress on the shoulder, did lift em and walk about 6ft.
