First intro is usually your stats. Gym time. Years experience with Supplements. Keeps everyone out of trouble. In categories you can see sponsors or ask member that have tags. Some will come on here and tell you to contact them via PM. They have it on their banners. Or they will tell you to contact via some secure email. PROTONMAIL for example. Welcome aboard tho.
