Hey everyone,

I am new to UGMuscle, I was formerly a member on Musclecreations and Feakzonline. It’s been a long time since I have had the time to get on and learn and grow in bodybuilding. I have spent the last 6 years coaching wrestling and going to school after leaving the Army. I am taking a few years off from coaching to focus on my personal fitness. I look forward to learning here.
