Hmmm I started at that foes of Abomb’s when tip to 100 a day no issues. Now the deca yeah my cycle will be a bit higher

Yeah everyone has to find their sweet spot. When I took Dbol everyone suggested 40 mg daily and some people took 80 but I got bad headaches at 40 and got good gains on 20mg daily.

10wks npp 300-450
Tbol 50mg
Proviron 50mg
Caber
Aromasin

This will probably be my next run but I might go long and use this set up instead

Test 20wk
Decca 200mg 15wk
Primo 400mg 20wk

A few cycles under your belt and your goals are to bulk. No problem I would either go 2 routes

1 testosterone enanthate 500mg 15wk
Npp 10wks
Caber and an AI

2 testosterone enanthate 500mg 15wks
Dbol 20mg pre work out to start raise the dosage as time goes on take about 45-60min before 6-8wks depending upon dosage.
AI Aromasin or arimidex

So thats a good start video to explain proviron but what it actually does is supercharge your testosterone.

It will also by allowing more binding to occur this will allow less estrogen which I believe helps keep your estrogen in a good spot. Everyone is different so allows have your AI ready to use if needed
