Night hunger on odd work schedule

I never actually looked it up to research but I have seen it in the store so it should be available and easy to get but I bet it’s expensive. I honestly don’t know though.
I will have to Google it and see what actually comes up.

How did you like running keto? You added back carbs for a cut? Im surprised that you didn’t cut while running keto.
Or is it not a good idea?
I still only know basic keto diet information
 
I was really wanting to try something new definitely should have stuck with keto. But wanted to try calorie in vs calorie out both work just seen better results from keto. Also the drastic change of bringing carbs back in so fast hard to get use to the late day bloat. I plan to go back on keto in about a week it takes me roughly five days to produce ketones. Before I got back in the gym real hard I was somewhat getting fat. Did keto and intermittent fasting and lost 23 lbs in a month. So here soon I hope the reset on my body and diet I’ll be able to do another big burn on the rest of this fat storage. Really just experimenting but I feel that I’ve gotten great gains but I’m sure I would’ve either way.
 
Man this cut got to me this morning. I workout at about 4:30 so I start to get ready at 4. Went In there got ready was about to head out the door and started to get cold sweats. Never had cold sweats like this within a minute I was soaked with sweat and light headed as fuck. Made it to the pantry ate a protein bar and went to sleep on the tile floor. Blood sugar was crashed so today I’ve already doubled my sugar to make up for it. Sadly don’t wanna stop cutting but this morning was rough.
 
Damn brother be careful I don’t want to hear that you were found dead with half a protein bar curled up on the tile floor lol that’s rough.

Don’t be afraid to refeed and enjoy a cheat day.
I do respect your commitment though
