I be only had tren cough twice and not bad either time I ta pretty smooth and sweat is regualr cause It’s 100 here. Although I think I lost 10 pounds of water vvanging on shrooms last night so it’s hard to tell onthat right now
Other training being shit today it wasnt energy just shoulders and forearms needing more recovery after switching to low bar squat. I feel really good I always feel like I little light trip helps with my mental state
