Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 sesame seed bagel,1 oikos, protein shake, banana,coffee and water.So you guys have heard me talk about a couple guys on the unit that are running a cycle,one just graduated and the other I share a bathroom with and he’s running Tren n test have had a few conversations and he’s offered me some things like for free,and I’ve been battling in my mind for well over a week is it worth the risk,and the risk taking side of me has won,I accepted two bottles of test e and anavar,I have very little experience with var so we shall see…and he has plenty of juice to spare and I tried to give him some loot but he won’t take it he said he’s trading my knowledge for his juice,not that I know it all,but I know way more then he does.Also all his stuff is either GENEZA or DRAGON pharma so I know it’s legit.Starting weight is 209.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
1st meal was 4 eggs scrambled, 1 whole potato cut up and fried, 2 pieces of sausage, and coffee. 2nd meal was quart of chocolate milk and 2 pancakes with 1 scoop of mass gainer and 1 scoop of whey with a Dew. 3rd meal is ribeye and baked potato. No training today. Good luck with the cycle @John
 
I had the same issue. Went from a 32 inch waist to barely squeezing in a 34. I just cut my carbs for 5 weeks and got back into my 32’s weighing more. They’re starting to get pretty tight again.
 
I’ve thought about trying Var a few times. Just haven’t ever pulled the trigger to give it a try. I’d like to know what you think about it after your cycle.
 
Var is with out a doubt my personal favorite oral ever
It’s amazing the strength you get from it when you consider it’s not a major mass building compound. Drink lots of water man and I mean lots! Pumps are insane and can be overwhelming if your not careful. Also, at higher doses for prolonged periods can be hard on your kidneys but other than that sides are far and few. I did 50 mg a day for the first week and then doubled that for a total of 8 weeks. No bloat at all

I did have some back cramps though that scared me enough to get labs. I think that was arounds week 4, maybe 5. My PCP was watching me close and we were doing labs regularly because he had put me on trt. Best doc I ever had , really. Could tell him anything and did. Liver enzymes were slightly elevated.
Now I’m no expert but I’m told that when your looking for kidney distress the measure it by the proteins detected in the urine. If those are high they do other testing but I didn’t get to that because I was good to go. Keeping super hydrated handled the cramps I didn’t need taurine or anything like that
 
At 50mg for me it crushed my SHBG pathways, negatively impact lipids 35%-50%, and yes the pump can be debilitating as others pointed out.

Remember in the Golden Era they would only use 5-10mg and had great results.

Take two hours before workout for some recovery benefits, split dose daily, and some like to take it sublingually as well.
 
Same boat for me I want to be around 295 at meet but I don’t feel like doing cardio. I want a little less belly. Todays food was Doritos casserole and I didn’t train cuase well I got home at 3:30 last night almost did 13 hours after heavy dead’s and. Back so sleep was of essence
 
So I can get bloods done whenever I want on the unit,I had them done a couple weeks ago,all is well,kidneys aren’t functioning 100% but I already knew that,and that is my biggest worry so Im gonna check it in two weeks and go from there.And no I’m not splitting the dose,I don’t split my orals,I know it to be a fact that @PHDs coach RIP John Meadows didn’t have him splitting the orals up so I don’t either,plus I forget sometimes.
