Good morning all,slept in til 9.Not lifting today.Im gonna make 5 eggs over easy,4 pieces of whole wheat toast,protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Today I am grateful for the support I receive here.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
I slept in to 6:30. That’s a long time for me.

Lit the burn pile off piddling on hope chest getting ready to have my arm day…maybe.
 
Sounds like your staying on top of your nutrition. I just finished my cheat days from getting out and having some of the food I’ve seen on tv over and over and over while eating crap institutional food. Getting back started now.

Are you able to get in decent work outs there?
 
Off day not sure food been stopped up atill so good isn’t really on mind took laxative last night nothing still
