Good morning all.Had some fucked up dreams last night,but managed to wake up refreshed and indifferent and for that I am grateful.
Breakfast was cinnamon raisin bagel toasted lightly buttered,1 oikos, protein shake, banana, cranberry juice and water.Doing bis today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
The Cranberry Grape is my favorite juice. 4 scrambled eggs, whole potato fried, and 2 pieces of sausage with a Mountain Dew for my first meal. 2nd is 4 pancakes with mass gainer and whey added. One scoop of each. Training upper strength today. I have awful fucked up dreams myself. Only thing I’ve found to kill the dreams is good herbs. Like smoking 4 or 5 big fattys throughout the day and I’ll sleep like a baby.
 
The only thing i found to kill the dreams is excessive amounts of alcohol and benzodiazapines…

Daily Gratitude:
Today I am grateful that no matter how much my body endlessly crackles during the day; I never start glowing like a lightstick…and for that I am happy.

My youngest daughter (prior to baby girl) turned 31 yesterday. Good grief
 
Good afternoon
Pre workout I had 3 waffles with some egg whites. Gym was empty this morning so I did some chest. Protein shake with strawberries after. Had another breakfast after that consisting of 2 eggs, hash browns, avacodo, cheese and jalapenos. Cooked in the same pan and dumped in a bowl. Not sure what I’m eating next
