1st meal was Kodiak oatmeal, sliced apples, and coffee. 2nd meal was a shake. Since adding the whey to the mass gainer my shakes are just about to thick. Going to have to adjust them before one comes back up while drinking it. 3rd meal was a ribeye bigger than the plate, yams, green beans, and Mac and Cheese. Legs today and they’re still sore as fuck from Tuesday.
