November 4th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 eggs over medium,4 pieces of whole wheat toast,1 oikos,apple, coffee and water.Gonna do back today.i am grateful to be where I’m at today,a safe place I guess.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Not training today. Food will be breakfast wrap consisting of 2 eggs, half cup of potatoes and a quarter cup of cheese. Soaked in Frank’s red hot. Oatmeal with raisins. Cottage cheese and yogurt. Probably skipping lunch. Maybe a can of tuna. Today’s my birthday. Going to my grandmothers for dinner and cake. Hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy the weekend weather

Homemade breakfast bowl and legs today
 
1st meal was Kodiak oatmeal, sliced apples, and coffee. 2nd meal was a shake. Since adding the whey to the mass gainer my shakes are just about to thick. Going to have to adjust them before one comes back up while drinking it. 3rd meal was a ribeye bigger than the plate, yams, green beans, and Mac and Cheese. Legs today and they’re still sore as fuck from Tuesday.
 
If you use milk,use half the amount of milk and use the other half with water,or totally switch to water to thin them out…

BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Carb Load

Daily Gratitude:
I am thankful for the nerves I feel for my 1st Xfit competition since having major knee surgery. It’s been a loooooong road back and I am not sure I am ready to workout in front of a crowd. Only thing holding me back is Fear and Air. Fuck it…Let’s GO!
 
So leg press does anybody use anything other than 45/25’s. I’ve never once used a 10 or 5 if I jump it’s by 50 pounds
 
Samo here…bout the same for squats too…when I had one (squat). Used dimes occasionally… but mostly 45’s and quarters.

If it matters…that’s all I use on the belt squat too.
