NPP Twelve Week Cycle Log

Feel you man I was there about 3 years ago although I was going to jump off a bridge I knew no more ope was holding my big ass up
 
I think deep down I knew the rope gave me a bit of a chance because I had gotten out one of my favorite guns and ended up putting it back up. I hadn’t been sleeping. It was different.
 
Between not being able to do anything but push ups, squats, and walk. On top of coming off Test and Deca without a PCT. Not being able to eat the way I was. I lost nearly 20 pounds. I’ve gained about 10 back since getting my life back to normal. I can’t wait to get back at it.

I’ve also suspended my ment run currently as I have the rona but better at being of meet prep than the end
 
I was only week Into ment but could tell I was going to blow the fuck up hoping for 650 700 and 540 in my comp

Got her positive today I’m vaccinated and it feels like it passing already so hopefully only one week out of gym and I’m back to prep
 
It will be good for you I started the gym the third day after I got out of hospitals and it’s probably the best throng I did.
 
Sorry to hear that but that’s awesome they came back naturally I just read what happened. Sorry that you had to go through that. Are you gonna hop back on?
 
I’m about to start my npp cycle soon, funny thing is I started tren before I ever did npp but I respond better with deca for some reason so kind of excited

This log was kind of a bust with everything that happened with the NPP cycle and trying to get to the Deca cycle after. I’m finally 8 weeks into the Deca cycle. 500mg of Test and 300mg of Deca per week. I’ve been training twice a week trying to get back into the swing of things. Prior I was doing PPL. It’s been Upper and lower once a week. 3 sets of 3-5 reps. Starting at 10 weeks I’ll be going back to the PHAT program. 5 days a week. First two days are strength. Rest day. Hypertrophy for 3 days and rest day again. I lost right at 25 pounds with everything that was going on in my life. I was flat and felt skinny. I’m feeling nice and full again but still super lean with really no water on me even though I’m running the Deca.
