Wanting to see what everybody’s regiment looks like when it comes to this. The only things I’m doing are the ZMA before bed, that was recommended to me on here, and citruline preworkout. Y’all?

When using gear glutathione injection, milk thistle. all the time B 12 injection, vitamins E,C,D3,super b complex, tumeric, zinc, fish oil, krill oil, glucosamine, Magnesium and potassium I think that’s it.

I’ve never heard of anybody dosing that way. Care explain the thought behind it
 
Well it has a half life of 35 hours and if administered daily peak levels plateaus at 4 to 6 days depending on where you get your information . I don’t want to take 60 ed it’s too much for me and I don’t want to cut my pills into quarters so I take 1 40 mg pill one day and a pill and half second day. It evens out over the four to six day plateau.
 
Ok I’m getting the pill cutting part that’s why I just go up
To 160 final days of cycles. But trying the five on 2 off with benedryl system I’ll stick to 120. I go till I feel a shake in the hands luckily on this bulk I’m not using as I’m trying to not have any stims in my system outside of caffeine on leg days
