October 18th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.No work today.Just gonna lounge around all day and feed.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel with homemade strawberry jam and cream cheese, banana, coffee and water.Not sure about lunch and dinner.Today I am grateful for a roof over my head and clothes on my back.No gym.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained legs. Breakfast was egg whites and toast. Protein shake with strawberry and bananas. Made breakfast burritos with eggs, cheese, salsa and turkey sausage. Yogurt and almonds. Dinner will probably be chicken sausage and pasta
 
Two egg sandwiches with light mayonnaise. Two eggs per sandwich. With 20 oz coffee. Mass gainer shake with whole banana and a heaping scoop of peanut butter. Lunch was a pound of carved turkey, bag of Cheez Its, and four protein brownie muffins. Had a pint of chocolate milk and a pack of Nutter Butters for a snack. Supper was six shake and bake chicken tenders smothered in lemon pepper and garlic salt, with alfredo pasta, and sweet carrots. Had two slices of cheesecake. No training tonight. Probably have another shake before bed.
