Good morning all.Breakfast was 12in cheese steak,cheese n lots of pepper,grapes,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey and pepperjack with lettuce and tomato, banana. Protein shake somewhere in between all my meals.im taking the woman out to dinner so not sure what it will be.No gym today.I am grateful for a different vagina to be pounding,it’s like a whole new world…Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I can literally pound her as hard as I can,and she just keeps taking it. I had a shit eating grin on my face when she said the other day it hurt to walk.my psych med and make me last awhile,even with 20mg of cialis.
 
I just searched and scrolled down a month and can’t find it either.
 
Trained back. Had toast and egg whites for breakfast. Protein shake and a banana. Leftover shaved steak on an English. 93% ground beef with a sweet potato and the usual chicken and rice.
 
Trained chest, shoulders, and triceps this evening, plus about 13k step count. Back/Bi tomorrow.

Haven’t had a flank steak for awhile which ended up being my dinner/post-workout meal. Seasoned with Tony’s creole and some A1 sauce on the side. Also some Uncle Ben’s rice 😎
