Good morning all.Gym later with my bro in law...gonna go check my trail cans and bait my spots with my dad.Today I am grateful for free shipping friday,right @johnjuanb1...anyfuckinways breakfast was 6 egg whites,4 turkey sausage,2 pices toast with homemade strawberry jam,banana and water. Not sure about lunch.dinner will be ribs,baked potato,salad then I'll smoke a joint and eat apple pie and vanilla ice cream.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Just got back from quarterly doc visit.

Blood labs are almost exactly the same as 3 months ago.

Still stage 3A chronic kidney disease. It’s not getting worse for a few years now so that’s a win.

A1c went from 6.7 to 6.8 so that’s a win. For me and my like… anything below a 7 is good.
 
No training today, but I have gone 3 days this week. Slowly testing stuff out and so far no issues. Got some family visiting the area so we are doing a "Thanksgiving style" dinner I guess. Hope everyone has a great weekend
