Good morning all.running behind today,got a doc appointment and work. Also I did tire flipping outside the gym this am.just got to work.today I am grateful for a good night of sleep.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast coffee only. Lunch liver. Unseasonably warm today 81. Doing estimates today then going to gym around 4. Back and maybe some bicep exercises left elbow a bit tender from last workout so play it by ear. Light weight today
 
Breakfast was almonds, an apple and a yogurt. Had cottage cheese and crackers at break. Chicken breast and rice for lunch. Nut crusted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes for dinner. Going to a wake for an old family friend after work. If the lines not to long I’m going to train some chest when I leave
 
I’m doin Blood Work Friday, not checking Test levels,but everything else before I hop on the cycle…maybe I’m getting soft in my older years.
 
Crushed almonds with dill and mustard. It’s a company called “nuts over fish”. I use it on chicken. They have other nut / season combinations that are pretty good.
