Good morning all.Had a great weekend did some shooting and small game hunting,got laid smoked some weed and drank some beers.
Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,5 eggs HB no yolk, banana, protein shake,200mg edible,150mg test p,and 50 mg mesterlone.Lunch will be two turkey n pepperjack, Lett, tomato,grapes,protein shake.Not sure about dinner.Gym with my bro in law later.Today I am grateful for my new woman,she’s a breath of fresh air for me,so different from my ex-wife,or any other women I’ve been with.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
 
Good morning sir and the rest of UGM. Breakfast was 2 egg sandwiches with light mayonnaise and 20oz coffee. 2 eggs per sandwich. Shake with banana and scoop of peanut butter. Lunch is pound of carved chicken, Hawaiian sweet rolls, and oreo’s. Upper strength training tonight. I ate some mushrooms and drank some peach crown with my woman this weekend. It was pretty fun.
 
Cereal back to sleep then wake probably cheesesteak as that sounds good today the. Meal prep l light legs day and also grateful for new woman. I think I can say that we are in relationship now even though she said she couldn’t do one with me. But we talk aeveryday on phone she sent me pics of bdAy party of her and her daughter and today sent me address in case
I wants to send flowers. So I seems it won’t be long till I’m doing couples therapy. We agreed that it well do it in beginning just to help with getting ti know each other better and find out early on will this work. The fact I find her super physically attractive and sex isn’t my main thoughts about her lets me know it will. Hell I even offered to hike with her till she said ten miles I’ll just gym and meet after haha
 
No training. Messed my elbow up and now have no strength in that hand. Currently using some bpc157 and tb500. Had 3 eggs with peppers, onions and toast. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Almonds. Protein shake with a banana. Lean beef chili. Chicken salad on wraps
 
I trained delts and traps. I’ve had 2 protein shakes and one meal of egg whites and Mac n cheese but just the fake cheese powder and water added so no fat .
