Good morning all.Breakfast was vanilla shake, scrambled eggs,1 plain bagel,yogurt, banana,coffee water.Doin chest and Tris at 11.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
So I just found out my roommate is juicing haha…but really his “boy” left a lot to be desired in “hooking” him up.its his first cycle,1 bottle of deca,1 test c,1 test p,winny.No PCT,he didn’t even know what PCT was until I explained it,he’s pinning test p 1x a week,test c 1x per week,deca 1x per week,10mg winny per day.NO ALCOHOL PADS being used,pinning and drawing with a 20ga…the only good thing I’ve seen so far is all the oils are Dragon Pharma,and the winny is Genza
 
Am also doing back it’s my non deadlift
Week. I’m liking the every other week for dead’s I feel fresh when I hein them
And other lifts seem more energetic
 
The test c is 250,test p 100,deca is 300, atleast his boy didn’t tell him to run a high dosage,I mean shit 10mg of winny,I told him to do 30 per day
 
Farmers Carry’s would be good for me
To do for grip. I got them old grip trainers and week find out at meet how much they help hope you be using the 200’s by then if I can get the 250 these are 10 seconds holds I should be good on the dead’s
 
I need to get some kind of gloves,where I grip on the hex bar isn’t smooth,I understand it’s to help my grip but it fuckin hurts
 
Ok I’m definitely not spending 30,I’m gonna get a 13 dollar one,thanks.
